Piano "N.RUBINSTEIN"

Piano "N.Rubinstein" is intended for solo, ensemble, orchestra performance of musical compositions, for accompaniment and for teaching. A range of sounding of the piano is 7 1/4 octaves from the note "A" of subcontraoctave up to the note "C" of the five-line octave.

There is the best correlation of amplitudes of strings vibration in the given model of piano. The duration of force impulse which has an effect upon the string is precisely determined. The compound sound derived from the string vibration gives rise to the tones, overtones and harmonics.

The resiliency of hammers enables to get strong harmonics, that is why the piano is heard very beautiful .The accurate execution of technical parameters such as increase of bass strings length and others gives us an opportunity to increase the pliability of the soundboard. The soundboard has a different thickness in section. The resonant spruce has the largest acoustic constant, that is why we ensure maximum power of emanated acoustic waves. The performance of the action and keyboard , their dynamic and static characteristics, interaction of several hundreds of details which are made with tolerance up to 5 microns give rise to fine operation of action and keys.

The touch - the most important element of music expression confirms the correct choice of the construction of "Accord". A careful selection of materials for the piano "N.Rubinstein"- timber, musical wire, brass, copper, aluminum, fabric, leather, felt and other materials -all this give us an opportunity to make high quality instruments. The high efficiency of the resonance system is based on the fact the sound waves, depending on frequency and amplitude, are radiated by particularly well suited zones of the soundboard.
